Q: What is an LMS?
A: LMS stands for Learning Management System. This is our online learning portal for all Self-Paced Online Classes.
Q: Are my username, password, or email case-sensitive?

Username: Not case-sensitive

Password & Email: Case-sensitive – enter them exactly as stored in your account.
Q: Can I access my old LMS account?
A: No. As of 4/18/24, the old system is no longer accessible. But don’t worry — all your data, training history, purchases, and certificates have been moved to the new LMS.
Q: I purchased training on the old site but didn’t finish it. What happens now?
A: You can continue your training on the new platform. Any completed modules will transfer. However, if you were in the middle of a module, you’ll need to restart that module (not the entire course).
Q: How long do I have to complete my training?
A: You must complete your training within 6 months (180 days) of registration. If not, you’ll need to re-register and repurchase the course.
Q: When will I receive my certificate of completion?
A: Immediately upon successful completion.
Go to “My Transcript” > “View Certifications” on your dashboard to download or print your certificate.
Q: I finished my training. How do I apply for a new or upgraded SST card?

A: Yes! You can access your courses anytime, anywhere — from a phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop.

Q: Does your new LMS system meet NYC DOB’s active proctor requirement?
A: Yes. Our LMS uses an active proctoring system. You’ll be asked personal validation questions at the start and throughout each course.
